RETURN POLICY

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Kindly ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

For a smooth approval process, we kindly request you to upload an unboxing video of the product/parcel.

Exceptions for Exchanges:
We will only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products received are damaged or defective.
  • The buyer informs us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds

Cancellation and Refunds:
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.

Store Credit Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit under these circumstances:

  • If the order is not delivered within 30 days due to jhanjhriya’s inability to ship.
  • If the shipping location is unserviceable by our courier partners.

No Refund for Damaged Products:
Damaged products will only be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

Refund Exclusions:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
  • Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address.
  • Refusal to accept the product upon delivery.
  • Customer dissatisfaction after product delivery.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Products tampered with by the customer.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days as store credit or direct transfer.
